HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Shore Trendz online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the Order History section. Follow the link directly to the carrier site and enter your tracking number.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.
If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your order tracking number.
Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.
If you're interested in purchasing a Gift Card, please email us. Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the Gift Card and PIN numbers during checkout. If you'd like to check your balance, please email us.
NOTE: When using a gift card, please do not discard it after use. If you choose to return any of the merchandise purchased with it, the value of the merchandise will be credited back onto your gift card.
Unless otherwise stated, prices on full price, sale and promotional items cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions or discounts. Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Quantities are limited; no rain checks will be issued. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is reduced within 14 days from the purchase date. Simply contact us via email with your order number, your name, and item in question. Price adjustments will only be honored on items purchased at the full retail price, and will be credited back in the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale, promo, clearance or which are otherwise excluded by GUESS, in its sole discretion, do not qualify for price adjustments. Not applicable to Gift Card purchases or where prohibited by law.
To fully enjoy your new products, make sure you read the item's label and follow the care instructions. Here are a few more tips for keeping your items looking their very best.
For ALL other items not mentioned below: To maintain an item's original shape, wash it in cold water and dry flat. To shrink the item, wash in warm water and dry in hot air.
For Silk Screened Items: Wash items inside out, and lay flat to dry or dry using cool air. Use fabric softener to keep the items soft.
For Items Decorated With Rhinestones Or Glitter: Follow the same instructions for Silk Screened items.
